## Description

Rattaché à la DSI, vous êtes le/la référent(e) Cegid Y2 sur un périmètre applicatif central, au cœur des opérations magasin.
Vos responsabilités :

 * Support avancé (N2/N3) : analyse, diagnostic et résolution d'incidents complexes
 * Expertise fonctionnelle et technique sur l'environnement Y2
 * Pilotage des partenaires : intégrateurs et éditeur (gestion des escalades)
 * Contribution aux projets : participation active aux évolutions (environ 10 projets en parallèle)
 * Amélioration continue : optimisation des performances, des process et de la fiabilité
 * Coordination transverse : lien avec le commerce, le marketing, le siège et les magasins

Vous intégrez une équipe à taille humaine, avec un fort enjeu de structuration et de montée en maturité., L'entreprise évolue dans un environnement retail exigeant, marqué par une forte accélération des usages omnicanaux et une attente accrue des clients en matière d'expérience fluide et personnalisée.
L'enjeu n'est plus seulement d'opérer des canaux de vente, mais de les unifier autour d'un socle technologique cohérent, capable de piloter en temps réel les stocks, les flux et la relation client.
Dans ce contexte, la DSI joue un rôle stratégique : modernisation des outils, structuration des équipes, pilotage de projets multiples et maintien en conditions opérationnelles d'applicatifs critiques.
