+ Experience: Strong software engineering foundation with experience across multiple domains (backend, frontend, DevOps, APIs). Ability to learn new technologies quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments

 + Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware). Knowledge of CI/CD, RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and databases (SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with or strong interest in AI/ML technologies

 + Key Attributes: Exceptionally adaptable with strong problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a proactive, ownership mindset. Excellent team player committed to customer success. Passion for building impactful technology

 + Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent practical experience

## Description

Join Expedient's AI CTRL product team to build a secure, powerful enterprise AI platform that combines enterprise data with agentic AI systems. As an AI Software Engineer, you'll contribute across the full product lifecycle-from platform development to client support and custom integrations, + Develop and maintain the AI CTRL platform, including backend services, APIs, and frontend components

 + Troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing logs, debugging code, and working with clients and support teams

 + Build integrations with external systems and create custom automated workflows

 + Collaborate across teams, pivoting between projects as priorities evolve
