You'll turn complex data into clear recommendations that shape our strategy for engagement, talent, performance, culture, hiring, training, and growing our people. * Process Improvement: Be on the lookout for things that are clunky or slow. You'll suggest and implement data-driven solutions to make our processes run smoother and faster. * Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our People teams and stakeholders across Monzo. You'll champion data accuracy and help everyone understand the power of a data-driven culture. * Predictive Modeling: Use your magic to spot our rising stars (top talent) and figure out what our workforce will need in the future., This role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London) We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, and at times that suit you and your team. £1,000 learning budget each year to use on books, training courses and conferences.
