## Description

* Moderation und Steuerung aller Scrum-Events wie Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospektiven und Backlog Refinements
 * Coaching der Teams in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban und Lean-Agile-Prinzipien sowie Förderung von Selbstorganisation und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
 * Unterstützung der PI-Plannings, Abstimmung teamübergreifender Abhängigkeiten und Zusammenarbeit im Agile Release Train (ART)
 * Beseitigung von Hindernissen, Überwachung agiler Kennzahlen sowie Förderung von Built-in Quality, Test Driven Development (TDD) und Continuous Integration
 * Begleitung der agilen Transformation als Change Agent sowie Schulung von Teams und Stakeholdern in SAFe-Praktiken
 * Unterstützung bei System Demos, Innovations- und Planungsiterationen (IP Iteration) sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit
