Technical Skills: * Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data extraction and transformation. * Experience with Azure Data Platform or similar systems. * Experience integrating data from ERP, CRM, HRIS or manufacturing systems. * Knowledge of Python, R, AI or machine learning techniques desirable. * Understanding of data governance and data quality principles. Soft Skills / Competencies: * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to influence stakeholders through fact-based recommendations. * Commercial mindset with understanding of business drivers. * Self-motivated and capable of working independently. * Strong collaboration skills across international teams. * High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. * Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within agreed timelines. ## Description The Data Engineer - Business Intelligence is responsible for developing and establishing a scalable Business Intelligence capability to support global business growth and decision-making. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, integration frameworks, and modern data solutions that enable trusted reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.
