Required Profile & Skills - Experience in L1/L2 IT support, Service Desk, or Workplace Support. - Good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, hardware support, and troubleshooting. - Strong interest in IT and new technologies. - Eagerness to learn and continuously develop technical skills. - Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. - Well-organized, proactive, and able to work autonomously. - Flexible and comfortable adapting to different working environments. - Team player with a professional and positive attitude. Languages - Dutch: C1 - English: B2 ## Description In this role, you will ensure service continuity for our customers by temporarily replacing consultants during absences such as holidays, sick leave, or other planned and unplanned leave. You will work in various client environments across Belgium, providing first- and second-line IT support while gaining exposure to different technologies, infrastructures, and industries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, mobility, and continuous learning. Between assignments, you will have dedicated time to follow training courses, prepare certifications, and further develop your technical expertise. Key Responsibilities L1/L2 IT Support - Provide first-line and second-line support to end users. - Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities. - Ensure continuity of IT services by replacing consultants during absences. - Quickly adapt to different customer environments, tools, and processes. - Deliver a high level of customer service while representing Econocom. Workplace Support - Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365 applications, browsers, collaboration tools, and mobile devices. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices. - Install, configure, and maintain workplace equipment and business applications. - Document incidents, requests, and solutions according to IT processes and standards. Project Support & Mobility - Participate in workplace IT projects such as: - Hardware refresh and deployment projects - Windows migrations and upgrades - Software deployments - Device rollouts and replacements - Provide hands-on support during on-site interventions. - Travel regularly to customer locations across Belgium, mainly in Flanders.
