## About the Role

If you are a hands-on ServiceNow professional with strong ITSM & CSM expertise and a passion for platform innovation, AI and GenAI, we'd love to hear from you!, French is a plus. French-speaking candidates with excellent English are also welcome when working within a predominantly Dutch-speaking team., * 4-5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant.

 * Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
 * Solid knowledge of JavaScript on both client and server side.
 * Strong experience with Flow Designer and APIs.
 * Practical experience with REST/SOAP, MID Server and/or Integration Hub.
 * Good understanding of ACLs, platform security and CMDB structures.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
 * CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory.

 * CIS-ITSM
 * CIS-CSM
 * CTA
 * Experience with ServiceNow AI / GenAI capabilities
 * Experience with Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent or automation solutions

## Description

* Design, configure and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions, mainly across ITSM and CSM.
 * Build applications, flows, UI Policies, Business Rules and integrations.
 * Work end-to-end across the project lifecycle: analysis * design * development * testing * deployment.
 * Maintain, optimize and enhance existing ServiceNow modules.
 * Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server and Integration Hub.
 * Contribute to AI-driven innovations such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent and Automation.
 * Support platform governance, performance, security and best-practice implementation.
 * Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow architecture, configuration and optimization.
