## About the Role

* Excellent knowledge of Windows-based user environments.
 * Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and application management, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
 * Experience using Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
 * Proven experience providing user guidance, end-user assistance and information system support.
 * Experience preparing and delivering training courses for information systems.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
 * Ability to deliver presentations, workshops and training sessions in both English and French.

Its mission is to promote balanced economic growth, social inclusion, territorial cohesion and sustainable development through the management and implementation of large-scale funding and policy initiatives., Our client is now seeking an experienced professional to support the delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Digital Workplace solutions across the organization. The successful candidate will provide project management, ICT guidance, stakeholder engagement, user support, training and communication activities aimed at enhancing collaborative working through Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and associated digital workplace services., * Provide project management, ICT guidance and support for Digital Workplace initiatives.

 * Promote collaborative working through SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Teams chat and connected real-time working solutions.
 * Organize and deliver demonstrations, presentations, seminars, training sessions and train-the-trainer activities.
 * Develop user documentation, guidance materials, knowledge base content and instructional videos.
 * Provide aftercare support, user coaching and drop-in support sessions following solution deployment.
 * Administer training courses through a Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting, analytics and KPI tracking.
 * Liaise with project teams, IT teams, support services, business analysts, developers and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.
 * Support incident and change management activities using ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.
 * Create stakeholder maps and ensure effective coordination with all relevant project teams.
 * Provide guidance, coaching and training to administrators and end users.
 * Coordinate with teams responsible for Wiki sites and collaborative platforms..
