## About the Role

This position combines operational administration with employee support and requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a customer-focused approach., * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage

 * Minimum 3 years' experience within expense reimbursement administration and/or fleet management
 * Experience using Microsoft Office applications
 * Concur experience preferred
 * Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing systems is an advantage
 * Advanced organisational and administrative skills
 * High attention to detail and accuracy
 * Service-oriented approach with strong communication skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

## Description

* Manage day-to-day Travel & Expense operations including Concur administration, expense auditing, policy compliance, and employee support
 * Administer corporate credit cards including onboarding/offboarding cardholders, monitoring submissions, and following up on outstanding items
 * Coordinate fleet and lease car activities, supporting employees, drivers, HR, and leasing providers with daily operations and administration
 * Deliver responsive stakeholder support across EMEA while handling ad hoc requests and ensuring accurate, timely processing of all related activities
