* Sie verfügen idealerweise über Kenntnisse im Erbrecht, um Verlassenschaften abwickeln zu können

 * Sie arbeiten organisiert und präzise und behalten auch bei komplexen Projekten den Überblick

 * Sie sind bereit, bei Bedarf zu externen Terminen in ganz Österreich zu reisen

 * Sie bringen das nötige Feingefühl im Umgang mit Angehörigen mit und treten selbstbewusst gegenüber Behörden und Notaren auf

 * Sie sind teamfähig und begeistern uns mit Ihrer positiven Einstellung, * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im kaufmännischen/administrativen Bereich, vorzugsweise bei einem Notar oder Rechtsanwalt, ist wünschenswert

 * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, z.B. Handelsakademie

 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich (C1), gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

 * Affinität zu Zahlen

 * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und MS SharePoint

 * Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft zum Fahren

 * Leidenschaft für den Tierschutz und die Vision und Mission von VIER PFOTEN
