## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, Fachschule oder FH/Uni im Bereich Informatik, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Automatisierung, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation)
 * Interesse an Produktionsprozessen und Freude daran, IT-Lösungen direkt vor Ort im Produktionsumfeld umzusetzen
 * Erste Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen von Vorteil; Kenntnisse in CSB sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
 * Bereitschaft, sich fachlich in CSB-Prozesse, Parametrierung, Systemzusammenhänge und produktionsnahe Anwendungen einzuarbeiten und weiterzuentwickeln
 * Verständnis für produktionsnahe Systemlogiken, Stammdaten, Auswertungen und Prozessabläufe
 * Kenntnisse in MS SQL, Datenbankabfragen und Datenstrukturen von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung mit MERP-Programmierung oder vergleichbaren produktionsnahen Erweiterungen von Vorteil
 * Technisches Grundverständnis sowie analytisches und vernetztes Denken
 * Lernfreudige, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit lösungsorientierter und serviceorientierter Arbeitsweise

## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Software CSB mit Fokus auf stabile, praxistaugliche Produktionsprozesse
 * Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender:innen direkt im Produktionsbereich bei Applikations- und Prozessfragen
 * Leitung und Durchführung von ERP- und Digitalisierungsprojekten in der Produktion. Von autonomen mobilen Robotersystemen (AMR) über produktionsnahe Robotik bis zu KI-gestützter Produktionsoptimierung
 * Analyse und Umsetzung von Change Requests sowie Test und Dokumentation von Releases und Ergebnissen
 * Koordination, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Systemerweiterungen sowie Release- und Update-Tests
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von System-, Prozess- und Anwenderdokumentationen
 * Bindeglied zwischen Produktion, Produktionsleitung und IT - damit digitale Lösungen im Alltag wirklich wirken
