* Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung im IT-Support.
 * Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Betriebssystemen (Windows, iOS, Android) und im Bereich Client-Hardware.
 * Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.
 * Präsenz-Mentalität: Du schätzt den direkten Austausch im Team und die Arbeit vor Ort beim Kunden.
 * Führerschein B
 * Sprache: Deutsch & Englisch

## Description

* Hardware-Management: Du übernimmst das Aufsetzen, Konfigurieren und "Betanken" (Imaging) von PCs, Notebooks und Mobilgeräten (Smartphones/Tablets).
 * Rollout & Lifecycle: Du steuerst den Austausch und Rollout neuer Hardware und kümmerst dich um die strukturierte Rücknahme von Altgeräten.
 * Fehlerbehebung (1st & 2nd Level): Du analysierst und behebst HW Störungen an den Arbeitsplatzgeräten direkt vor Ort oder im Team remote.
 * Schnittstellenarbeit: Bei komplexeren, tiefergehenden Problemen arbeitest du Hand in Hand mit den internen Fachexperten des Kunden (3rd-Level-Support), die dir als Ansprechpartner direkt zur Seite stehen.
