## Description

Zur Verstärkung unseres IT- Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Person, die unsere internen Systeme betreut, unser Team im Arbeitsalltag unterstützt und unseren Kunden als kompetente Ansprechperson zur Seite steht., * First- und Second-Level-Support für das interne Team bei Fragen und Problemen rund um unsere Tools und Anwendungen

 * Administration und Pflege von Microsoft Office 365 (Benutzer, Rechte, Konfiguration)
 * Betreuung und Administration unseres CRM-Systems, unserer eigenen Administrationsoberfläche sowie der VOIP-Telefonanlage
 * Support für externe Kunden bei technischen Anliegen
 * Betreuung und Pflege unseres Ticketsystems (Bearbeitung, Priorisierung, Nachverfolgung)
 * Erhebung der Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen, Ausarbeitung in Konzeptdokumenten, Übergabe an unser Engineering-Team sowie anschließende Abnahme und Testing der umgesetzten Lösungen
 * Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer KI-Themen und -Anwendungen
