## Description

L?objectif est d?intégrer des profils opérationnels, capables d?assurer l?administration et le support de Workday, avec une réelle maîtrise des EIB, compétence centrale pour ce poste.

Vous interviendrez notamment sur :
L?administration et le support fonctionnel Workday
La gestion et le support du Core HCM / Core RH
La création et l?utilisation des EIB Inbound et Outbound
La réalisation de chargements massifs de données / Data Load
L?extraction et le contrôle des données
L?analyse des erreurs de chargement et la correction des données
Le suivi de la Data Quality
Le support aux utilisateurs et la gestion des incidents
La participation aux évolutions et à l?amélioration continue de Workday
Les échanges avec les équipes internationales, notamment aux Pays-Bas, Participé à un Go-Live Workday, une migration ou une phase d?hypercare
Créé ou exploité des rapports Workday
Travaillé sur les modules Talent, Compensation ou Learning
Évolué dans un environnement international
