 * Customizing von SAP HCM (PY) inklusive Schemen und Rechenregeln für bestehende und neue Kunden
 * Mitarbeit bei der Konzepterstellung zur ständigen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse im SAP HCM Umfeld, sowohl bei der inhaltlichen Umsetzung als auch der Ablaufoptimierung
 * Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer kundeneigenen Systeme
 * Konzeption und Ausarbeitung für weitere SAP HCM Module (BTP und SAP4/HANA)
 * Erstellung der Anforderungen für ABAP Entwicklungen und Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen ABAP Entwicklungsteam
 * Optional Entwicklung von kleineren Kundenlösungen (BAdIs / Reports / Enhancements) auf Basis von ABAP
