## About the Role

* Master degree in Engineering or equivalent by experience
 * Minimum 3 years experience in System integration within automotive industry
 * Strong understanding of mechanical, electronics and software
 * Knowledge of system engineering tools (requirement management tool)
 * Good level of English
 * Team player, pro-active and result-driven
 * Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
 * Customer oriented mindset

## Description

* Coordinate and manage the integration of subsystems (mechanical, electronic, and software) into complete transmission solutions for different development and production phases.
 * Ensure compatibility of subsystems in system configurations and product lifecycle.
 * Define and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications.
 * Define high level technical overview of each transmission configuration and subsystem maturity.
 * Lead integration planning, timelines, and risk assessments and ensure alignment with testing departments for integration planning.
 * Support prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
 * Collaborate with design, testing, and manufacturing teams to resolve integration challenges.
 * Document and communicate integration status, issues, and resolutions.
 * Release (internal and external) technical product documentation linked to a transmission configuration (system parameters, customer documentation, CTF list, …)
