## Description

* Je installeert, configureert en onderhoudt IT-infrastructuren bij klanten in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.
 * Je werkt mee aan verschillende klantenprojecten en helpt bij de verdere optimalisatie van hun IT-omgevingen.
 * Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers, zowel op locatie als op afstand.
 * Je analyseert en lost IT-problemen op binnen verschillende infrastructuuromgevingen.
 * Je ondersteunt het team bij de helpdeskwerking en volgt incidenten en vragen van klanten verder op.
