## About the Role

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * 5+ years of experience shipping production full-stack or AI applications, with at least one project taken from 0 to 1

 * Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python
 * Full-stack experience with modern frameworks (Next.js/React and FastAPI or similar)
 * Hands-on experience building AI agents or complex multi-step LLM workflows - LangGraph preferred
 * Comfort using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor to ship fast
 * Ability to understand complex legacy enterprise workflows and reimagine them as intuitive, AI-native tools that deliver real value
 * High ownership mindset: you help set the technical direction and are accountable for outcomes
 * Healthcare or enterprise software experience is a plus, not required

## Description

You will own our technical architecture, lead AI development, and work directly with the founding team and real hospital customers from day one. This is a key leadership position: you will be the person setting our technical direction and building our engineering foundation from the ground up.

What You Will Own

 * Full end-to-end development: architecture, frontend, backend, and AI agent systems
 * Building reliable, production-grade agentic workflows designed for human-in-the-loop use in regulated healthcare environments (LangGraph or similar)
 * Solving the hard infrastructure problem that keeps most healthcare AI from working in the real world
 * Making pragmatic architectural decisions that let us move fast without creating unmanageable technical debt
 * Defining engineering practices as we hire and grow
