## About the Role

* 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
 * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
 * Strong financial modeling capabilities with advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
 * Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
 * Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics
 * Proficiency with data visualization and presentation tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into business insights
 * Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, non-finance stakeholders, * Experience with MS Dynamics/Navision, Planful, or similar FP&A planning tools
 * CPA, CFA, or MBA
 * Experience managing or mentoring analysts, Pallet Jacks

 * Analyze performance against budget and forecast, providing clear explanations of trends and drivers
 * Serve as the primary FP&A partner to senior business leaders, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
 * Build and evaluate business cases for new initiatives, products, and capital investments (ROI, payback analysis)
 * Potentially oversee and mentor junior analysts (depending on team structure)
 * Support corporate-level consolidation and reporting activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives within FP&A
