## Description

First Flight High School is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Data Manager to oversee and maintain the accuracy and integrity of all student information systems. This position plays a vital role in supporting school operations by managing student data, ensuring compliance with state and district reporting requirements, and providing support to staff, students, and families through the effective use of Infinite Campus., * Manage all aspects of student data within Infinite Campus, including enrollment, withdrawals, and transfers

 * Maintain accurate student demographic information, schedules, grades, transcripts, and attendance records
 * Oversee daily attendance processes, including coding, verification, and reporting
 * Identify and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with teachers, counselors, and administrators
 * Support grading processes, including report cards, progress reports, and gradebook setup
 * Assist in building and maintaining the master schedule and individual student schedules
 * Prepare and submit required state and district reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
 * Support testing and accountability processes through accurate data management
 * Provide training and ongoing support to staff on the use of Infinite Campus
 * Assist students and families with questions related to student records and parent portal access
 * Ensure confidentiality and security of all student data in accordance with FERPA guidelines
