## Description

* Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an IT-, Netzwerk- und Kommunikationssystemen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatz-PCs, Notebooks, Druckern und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Wartung, Reparatur und Austausch von IT- und Kommunikationstechnik, z. B. Kamerasystemen, Telefon- und Funksystemen sowie Netzwerktechnik
 * Betreuung von Zutrittskontroll-, Brandmelde-, Video-, Anzeige- und Zeiterfassungssystemen
 * Planung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme neuer IT-Systeme und technischer Komponenten
 * Koordination und Unterstützung externer Dienstleister sowie Dokumentation der durchgeführten Serviceleistungen
