## Description

Introductie

Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in een IT-omgeving waar je zowel strategisch als praktijkgericht werkt?

Voor een stabiele en groeiende organisatie zoeken we een IT Solutions Lead (Applications & Projects) die ook projecten trekt en een klein team aanstuurt

Jouw rol:

Je combineert teamlead, applicatiebeheer en projectwerk:

 * Je stuurt een team van 3 collega's aan en coacht hen in hun groei
 * Je beheert en optimaliseert het applicatielandsschap (ERP, tools, integraties)
 * Je werkt actief mee aan IT-projecten (cloud, integraties, migraties)
 * Je bent de brug tussen business, IT en externe partners
 * Je bewaakt performantie, kosten en continuïteit (Azure, applicaties)

Technologie & omgeving:

Je werkt o.a. met:

 * ERP: Navision, Metacom
 * Integraties: API's, ESB (Workato)
 * Microsoft stack: Azure, SharePoint, Power Apps
 * Specifieke tools: Planning & HR systemen, Work Order Management

Wie zoeken we?

 * Ervaring in application management en IT project management
 * Je bent communicatief en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid
 * Je hebt interesse in zowel people management als technologie
 * Je denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt proactief
