* Bachelor of Master in een economische of financiële richting met minstens 2 jaar ervaring in audit, finance of controlling

## Description

* Jij bouwt en onderhoudt financiële en operationele rapportages in Power BI en Excel en zorgt voor een betrouwbare en up-to-date datastructuur. Doordat jij complexe data omzet naar heldere en bruikbare rapporten voor sales, operations en management kunnen strategische beslissingen sneller en beter onderbouwd worden genomen.
 * Jij verzorgt maandelijkse managementrapportages, KPI monitoring en P&L analyses en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Group Controller en CFO. Doordat jij financiële prestaties strak opvolgt en afwijkingen tijdig signaleert beschikt het management altijd over de juiste inzichten om proactief bij te sturen.
 * Jij ondersteunt de jaarlijkse budgettering en halfjaarlijkse forecasting en neemt actief deel aan cross-functionele projecten met IT, operations en sales. Doordat jij de brug slaat tussen finance en de bredere organisatie worden processen efficiënter en strategische doelstellingen beter nagestreefd.
 * Jij communiceert effectief tot op het niveau van Managing Directors en stakeholders en draagt bij aan systeemoptimalisaties. Doordat jij even vlot communiceert in een finance omgeving als in een operationele of commerciële context wordt jouw werk breed gedragen en gewaardeerd.
