As a member of the Office of the Chief Engineer, the SM-3 MAT LSE will be responsible for the identifying and technical execution of projects across Raytheon SM-3 Production and our suppliers to accelerate SM-3 production to multiples of the current rate. The LSE defines and maintains the appropriate level of technical rigor and coordination across functions and engineering disciplines within the program. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience leading multiple project teams of varying size and scope. The candidate will also need prior multidiscipline engineering knowledge and production lifecycle experience. The LSE is expected to provide technical and career mentorship and apprenticeship opportunities to program engineers.
