Commercial Engines Operations is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as the Network Operations Manager (NOM)for Network Operations at Delta Tech-Ops in Atlanta Georgia. The primary role of the Network Operations Manager is to ensure successful execution of MRO returns to meet customer and business objectives, and to maintain alignment between the DAT (Disassembly, Assembly and Test facility) and Regional support organizations for both the 24K and 30K programs., * Drive and lead the execution of engine shop visits at the DAT to meet customer requirements and business objectives. * Prepare, monitor, and communicate daily progress at the DAT against the near-term delivery commitments and annual plan. * Facilitate resolution of issues impacting the DAT's ability to complete necessary maintenance activities. * Facilitate communication between the DAT and customers. * Verify and quantify DAT capabilities, capacity, and site growth plans. * Ensure DAT compliance with GTF MRO Network policies and contract requirements. * Work with the GTF Network cost management team to execute commercial strategy for cost reduction. * Develop standard work for interactions between the DAT and PW/IAE., In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work.
