Skills, Knowledge and Specialist Expertise * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Working knowledge of Windows server environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, and core network infrastructure. * Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues across systems, servers, networks, and cloud services, and to escalate appropriately when required. * Strong documentation, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Understanding of security, access control, patching, and change management practices within an enterprise environment. ## Description That's why we're seeking a Systems and Network Administrator accountable for for administering, supporting, monitoring, and maintaining the organization's Windows, Linux, network, virtualized, and cloud infrastructure. This role provides high-level technical support for infrastructure issues, supports identity and access management, and works with internal departments to implement technical solutions and service improvements. The position performs routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and controlled change activities across Azure, Azure virtual machines, Hyper-V, and core infrastructure services to help ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations.
