You know how it goes: a service desk colleague gets stuck on a ticket, escalates, and that is where your work begins. You dive in, find the root cause and resolve it structurally. No quick fixes, but real solutions. At Barion you are the technical escalation point for our service desk. You take on the more complex incidents in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Entra ID and network infrastructure. On top of that you run client projects: cloud migrations, Intune rollouts, network implementations and security improvements. We are a compact IT company in Duiven serving SME clients. No large corporation with ten layers of management, but a small team where you have direct impact on the quality of client environments. What makes this role interesting?
