## About the Role

Strong product thinking: you can define user problems, value propositions, priorities and measurable results.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust across teams with different perspectives and priorities.
The ability to prioritise based on customer value, business impact, risk, compliance and delivery capacity.
Curiosity about IT Service Management, platform products and process improvement - and the motivation to keep learning in this space.
The ability to work with DevOps squads and translate stakeholder needs into clear backlog items, acceptance criteria and desired outcomes.
Nice to have
Experience with IT Service Management processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request or Configuration Management.
Experience with ITSM platforms such as Halo, ServiceNow or similar tooling.
Experience in a regulated environment where compliance, risk and security are important.
Understanding of ITIL principles.

## Description

Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Product Owner, Project Lead or in a comparable role where you translated needs into direction, priorities and outcomes.
