You transform complex data into clear, actionable insights through portfolio reporting, management information, and interactive dashboards that support decision-making across the organization. By translating complex datasets into meaningful insights, you enable stakeholders to make informed decisions and strengthen the control and oversight of FR&R portfolios. By working closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and IT colleagues, you contribute to building a robust data environment that supports our strategic ambitions and risk management objectives. Your responsibilities + Design, develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards for FR&R portfolios. + Conduct portfolio analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex insights into clear recommendations for senior leadership. + Present analytical insights and recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders, tailoring communication to different levels of seniority and business functions. + Support stakeholders in effectively using dashboards and insights to drive better business outcomes. + Translate business requirements into clear reporting solutions and data specifications. + Identify and drive opportunities for data innovation, automation, and process improvement. Working environment You will join the Change, Control & Monitoring (CC&M) team within FR&R, a multidisciplinary team of around 15 professionals focused on reporting, analytics, change initiatives, and data enablement. We combine deep expertise and knowledge, and a strong collaborative mindset. Together, we help client-facing teams successfully implement change and leverage data-driven insights to increase impact.
