## About the Role

* MBO Level 4+ in ICT or related field
 * 1-3+ years IT Support/Helpdesk experience
 * Windows 10/11 and macOS
 * Microsoft 365
 * Entra ID / Azure AD
 * Microsoft Intune
 * Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi
 * IT ticketing systems
 * Azure / AWS / Exchange Online
 * Hardware and printer troubleshooting
 * MFA and endpoint security
 * Dutch and English - required
 * ITIL/WMS/ERP experience - preferred

Nice to Have

 * ITIL Foundation certification or structured service-desk experience.
 * Prior experience supporting warehouse management systems (WMS) or industrial ERP environments.
 * Familiarity with database management concepts and basic analytics platforms (Excel / Power BI).
