These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have (DESIRED): * GEOINT mission expertise in EO and/or Radar system areas also desired. * Demonstrated technical leadership and team leadership skills, including interfacing with internal corporate and customer stakeholders. * Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience in supporting Requirements Engineering, CONOPS development, and system integration to accommodate End to End Systems Engineering. * Experience identifying user needs and gaps, identifying potential solutions, and assessing/analyzing alternatives. * Experience with industry MBSE tools and modeling methodologies to successfully produce systems engineering models. * Experience with Agile Development, SAFE Agile system development methods. * Knowledge and practical application of UML / SysML modeling languages and experience applying this common structure to an MBSE solution. * Understand how system requirements, design, analysis, verification, and validation activities are enabled by MBSE across the digital thread (the engineering lifecycle).
