* Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten IT-Strategie sowie Begleitung der digitalen Weiterentwicklung der Organisation
 * Gesamtverantwortung für die IT-Infrastruktur und Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen IT-Betriebs
 * Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitsstrukturen, Risikomanagement, Notfallkonzepten und Maßnahmen zur Aufrechterhaltung des Geschäftsbetriebs
 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines IT-Teams
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer IT-, Informationssicherheits- und Datenschutzpartner
 * Weiterentwicklung von IT-Prozessen, Standards und Strukturen unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen
