Backend & Platform Engineering * Strong experience building and maintaining production-grade enterprise applications with C#/.NET. * Experience designing scalable backend services, extensible APIs, and reusable platform capabilities. * Strong SQL Server expertise, including performance tuning, query optimization, concurrency, and troubleshooting at scale. * Experience building distributed, high-volume systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. * Practical experience with Azure and modern cloud development patterns. Engineering Mindset * Ability to communicate with clarity across all levels-from technical design discussions with engineers to translating platform strategy and trade-offs for leadership. * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across backend systems, distributed services, and platform infrastructure. * Experience with modern development practices, CI/CD workflows, observability, structured logging, and operational reliability. * Strong engineering judgment-balancing scalability, maintainability, platform evolution, and pragmatic delivery.
