## About the Role

* Prior experience in CRM analysis, marketing analytics, or a closely related role
 * Hands-on Salesforce experience (administration and reporting)
 * Strong Excel skills
 * Proven experience building and automating reports or dashboards in Power BI or Looker
 * Comfortable working independently and ramping quickly in a short-term contract
 * Clear communicator who can make data understandable to non-analysts
 * Bonus: HubSpot, marketing automation tools, or SQL, * This is a W2 contract position. Are you able to work on a W2 basis? We are unable to consider Corp-to-Corp (C2C) or 1099 arrangements.

Experience:

 * Salesforce: 1 year (Required)
 * Power BI: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

We're partnering with a well-established material handling and warehouse automation systems integrator who is looking for a data-driven CRM Analyst/Sales Coordinator to sharpen how they understand and serve their customers.

This is a focused, practical role, not a big transformation project. You'll keep their Salesforce CRM clean and accurate, and you'll build and automate the recurring reports and dashboards the sales, marketing, and solutions teams rely on. It's a strong fit for someone who genuinely enjoys living in the data, is fluent in Salesforce and Power BI or Looker, and likes owning a clear, well-defined scope inside a tight-knit, low-drama culture with real remote flexibility.

Responsibilities:

 * Maintain the Salesforce CRM: data hygiene, record accuracy, contact and segmentation clean-up
 * Build and automate recurring reports and dashboards in Power BI or Looker
 * Pull and analyze customer and sales data in Excel to answer questions from the sales and marketing teams
 * Track sales and campaign performance and surface trends worth acting on
 * Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on their day-to-day reporting needs
 * Handle routine CRM requests and troubleshooting
