Experience with .NET is a plus. * Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. * Physical Demands: Primarily office-based (or remote/hybrid) with prolonged computer use. Occasional travel for team meetings or project needs may be required. * Work Environment/Safety: Professional corporate environment. This is not a safety-sensitive position., * Proven experience designing integration solutions based on the API-led connectivity paradigm. * Strong experience developing Mule 4 flows, implementing DataWeave transformations, and working with JSON, XML, CSV, and OData. * Experience integrating with systems such as Salesforce, FTP, databases, and enterprise platforms. * Solid knowledge of asynchronous messaging using Anypoint MQ or Kafka. * Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred). * Understanding of MuleSoft deployment models (CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Fabric, on-prem) and API security (OAuth2). * Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Elastic preferred). * Ability to understand business requirements, work effectively with stakeholders, and deliver complex integrations. * Experience working in agile software delivery teams with a focus on high-quality, frequent delivery. * Fluent in English. Preferred Skills * Creating RAML specifications as API contracts. * Implementing basic policies in API Manager. * Building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Maven Plugin, Jenkins, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps). * Prior experience with construction, facilities management, or multi-entity ERP environments (Procore, BuildOps, Sage Intacct, or similar). ## Description As a MuleSoft Developer at Modigent, you will design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft-based integrations that support critical business processes across our enterprise systems. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, deliver high-quality REST API and event-driven integrations, and help ensure data quality, interoperability, and system stability between platforms such as Procore, BuildOps, and Sage Intacct as part of the Horizons Program. This corporate role partners closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable, reusable, and well-governed integration solutions., * Develop and maintain MuleSoft applications for business processes, interfaces, and services. * Analyze business requirements and collaborate with engineers and architects to deliver REST API-based and event-driven integration solutions, with a focus on reusability and extensibility. * Design and implement integrations and APIs using API-led connectivity principles; present technical designs to the Integration Architecture Board as required. * Create and maintain RAML specifications, DataWeave transformations, and support formats including JSON, XML, CSV, and OData. * Participate in architecture workshops, code reviews, design reviews, and other team activities to ensure clean architecture, code quality, and maintainability. * Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities, following integration-specific and MuleSoft best practices. * Adhere to (and help evolve) Modigent's integration strategy, design principles, development guidelines, and review processes. * Proactively monitor the MuleSoft integration platform, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and communicate status to impacted teams and stakeholders. * Work with technologies including Anypoint MQ, Kafka, SQL Server, Elastic, Entra ID, and Azure DevOps as needed. * Support deployment models such as CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Fabric, and on-premises workers. Supervisory Responsibilities None (individual contributor role).
