 * Must have basic knowledge of using Microsoft Windows, Office, and computer applications.

## Description

* Keep track of & order office supplies on an as needed basis for the staff/common areas.
 * Process orders of our Moving Program through U-Haul.
 * Schedule & maintain email blasts ordered by office's real estate agents.
 * Answer the mainline phone to direct callers to the correct department or assist in answering questions.
 * Support & help agents or clients with general questions at the front entrance.
 * Schedule & maintain use of the conference rooms.
 * Keep a clean & organized front end area.
 * Package, stamp, and maintain mail or deliveries.
 * Assist in setting up & clean up for in-office events.
 * Communicate office maintenance needs to appropriate services.
 * Track rentals of office equipment to agents.
