## Description

Vous rejoindrez une équipe sympa et engagée, pour intervenir sur un projet ayant du sens, en tant que Tech Lead Java pour l'un de nos clients, grand compte dans la protection sociale.

Vous intégrez une équipe interne d'une trentaine de personnes, présente sur différentes agences.

Concrètement, en tant que Tech lead Java, vous allez :

 * Mettre à profit votre expertise en Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Security (et un peu de front en Angular, c'est un plus !)

 * Être garant.e des bonnes pratiques : clean code, revue de code, TDD, BDD, tests unitaires et d'intégration, sécurisation d'API

 * Participer aux études techniques (architecture, chiffrage), rituels agiles et choix de conception

 * Fédérer votre équipe, détecter les blocages, motiver et accompagner la montée en compétences

 * Contribuer à la communauté tech norsys et partager vos passions (meetups, tech talks, guildes…)
