The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program/delivery management, Scrum Master responsibilities, release coordination, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, dependency tracking, and executive-level communication . This role requires the ability to manage ambiguity, drive decisions, and ensure technology deliverables remain aligned with business needs., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. * 10+ years of relevant IT project management experience. * Strong analytical and project management skills. * Proven ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results. * Experience in a hybrid role involving: + Program / Delivery Management + Scrum Master responsibilities + Release Management * Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methods including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. * Ability to adapt Agile frameworks to fit business and project needs. * Strong dependency management and stakeholder influence skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams. * Comfortable working with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information., * Experience in a fast-paced enterprise IT environment. * Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and release coordination. * Experience coordinating technology releases across multiple teams and environments. * Strong understanding of operational readiness and production support processes. * Experience working with technical teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
