## Description

Nous recherchons une personne organisée, rigoureuse et dotée d'un bon esprit d'équipe, capable de s'adapter aux différentes situations et aux priorités de l'entreprise.

Vos missions principales

 * Assurer le support de niveau 1 auprès des utilisateurs du groupe (à distance et sur site);
 * Gérer les demandes via téléphone, e-mail et notre outil de ticketing ;
 * Installer, configurer et déployer les solutions matérielles et logicielles ;
 * Participer à la maintenance du parc informatique (postes, périphériques applications) ;
 * Gérer les accès utilisateurs sur différents systèmes et solutions.
