* Installation, configuration et maintenance des environnements clients.
 * Interventions sur site pour dépannage, résolution d'incidents et mises à niveau.
 * Gestion et administration de plateformes techniques variées :
 * Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, etc.).
 * Azure et Active Directory.
 * Windows 11, Windows Server.
 * Linux, IIS, Docker, VMware, 3CX.
 * Gestion des réseaux : TCP/IP, routeurs, pare-feu, accès internet, etc.
 * Collaboration avec l'équipe pour assurer un haut niveau de disponibilité des infrastructures clients.
