This individual will play a key role in supporting ongoing SAP optimization efforts, SAP and Concur implementation in China, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue coordination, documentation, and operational support as the company scales globally and prepares for future public company readiness initiatives., * 4+ years of experience supporting ERP, finance systems, or enterprise applications * Experience coordinating business process testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) * Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills * Experience working with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or Operations teams * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools * Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken), * Experience with SAP S/4HANA * Experience with SAP Concur * Experience supporting ERP implementations or global rollouts * Familiarity with procurement-to-pay (P2P), expense management, or financial workflows * Experience with Disaster Recovery test and IT Change Management process. * Experience working in regulated industries such as biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare * Understanding of IT controls, audit readiness, or SOX-related processes * Experience with ticketing/project management tools ## Description We are seeking a hands-on ERP Systems Analyst (Contract-to-Hire) to support and coordinate enterprise application initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, Concur, and related finance/procurement systems.
