Technical Skills: Operating Systems: * Windows 10 / 11 (advanced experience required) * Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 / 2025 (advanced experience required) * Linux (Debian-based and/or RHEL-based) - basic experience preferred * macOS / iOS - optional Software & Ecosystems: * Active Directory - required (Group Policy, OU structure, DNS, account management) * Hyper-V - required (VM lifecycle management, clustering, failover troubleshooting) * PowerShell - intermediate scripting experience required * Azure AD / Entra ID - preferred (identity, sync, group management) * Veeam Backup & Replication - experience preferred Technical Foundation: * Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs). * Solid grasp of patching strategies, maintenance windows, and system hardening. * Experience performing security and configuration audits. * A methodical troubleshooting approach - the kind of admin who reads the logs before reaching for the reboot button. Additional Skills: * Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear, user-friendly explanations. * Customer-service mindset with the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure. * Strong organizational habits and a genuine appreciation for good documentation. * A collaborative team player who also operates well independently. ## Description NetFire is looking for a capable, customer-focused Windows Systems Administrator to help manage and optimize the Windows server and network infrastructure that powers our clients' day-to-day operations. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on engineering and customer service: you'll be the person clients trust when something breaks, when something needs to be built, and when something needs to be made faster, safer, or more reliable.
