 * Aufnahme, Analyse und Strukturierung von IT-Anforderungen und Projektideen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
 * Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen zur Priorisierung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten und Digitalisierungsinitiativen
 * Unterstützung des Projekt- und Demand-Managements sowie Sicherstellung von Transparenz über laufende und geplante Vorhaben
 * Prüfung von Anforderungen hinsichtlich Architektur-, Governance- und Standardvorgaben sowie Abstimmung mit relevanten IT-Funktionen
 * Eigenständige Planung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung kleinerer IT-Projekte und Teilprojekte
 * Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern
 * Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Koordination externer Dienstleister und Projektressourcen
 * Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Business-IT-Prozessen und Governance-Strukturen
