## Description

* Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung, dem Rollout und dem operativen Betrieb des Digital Factory Chat im Mercedes-Benz Produktionsumfeld
 * Mitarbeit im Domain- und User-Onboarding
 * Konzeption und Durchführung von Info-Sessions, Trainings und Deep-Dive-Workshops (deutsch- und englischsprachig) für nationale und internationale Mitarbeitende
 * Erstellung von anwenderorientierten Kommunikations- und Schulungsmaterialien (Release Notes, Intranet-Artikel, Tutorials, Demo-Videos)
 * Unterstützung bei Governance-Themen: Abstimmung zu Zugriffsrechten, Betriebsrats- und Datenklassifizierungsprozessen sowie Onboarding von Konzerngesellschaften
Mitarbeit an angrenzenden Digitalisierungsprojekten des Teams (z. B. SharePoint-Migrationen, Prozessautomatisierung, Prototyping neuer KI-Features)
