Nice to Have: * Ex-founder or early-stage startup experience. * Comfortable with frequent travel and spending multiple days per week at customer sites. Low ego, high ownership - willing to do unglamorous work to drive results. ## Description A fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed enterprise AI automation startup is looking for an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to own and scale AI-driven change across the DACH region from Munich. This is a senior, high-ownership role working directly with the founding team to help multibillion-euro enterprises become AI-native operators. You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite leaders, personally build and deploy high-impact AI agent solutions, and play a central role in growing the regional team as the company expands across Europe.
