## Description

Job Summary of the Plant Engineer: Lead the maintenance and engineering department in a fast-paced plant, ensuring top-tier building and equipment performance to achieve peak efficiency in production lines. Develop and execute cutting-edge maintenance systems like Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, and more to drive the plant to new heights within a High-Performing Manufacturing Organization. Oversee engineering activities for state-of-the-art food manufacturing processes and innovative technology projects.
Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Plant Engineer:

 * Manage capital projects from concept to completion, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and delivering projects on time, budget, and safety standards.

 * Develop and implement advanced maintenance systems for optimal plant performance, including Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, and other strategies.

 * Manage maintenance team tasks, policies, and assignments to ensure efficient and safe completion of work.

 * Provide solutions for operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth daily plant operations.

 * Drive continuous improvement by developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators across all plant areas.
