If you're interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to apply soon, as we are reviewing applications on a rolling basis. ## Description As a Jr. Data Center Technician with ThinkOn, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the Data Center. Responsibilities range from registering customers, performing remote hands requests, facility rounds, records keeping, and the installation of equipment or cross-connects. The Data Center Technician Jr will need to follow established procedures and maintain excellent customer communications. As such, this role will clearly identify the customer's needs, document each request in the ticketing system, and execute the request. This role will provide excellent customer service that ThinkOn is known for following up on each request until completion and starting escalations as required. The Data Center Technician Jr will keep the facility safe and secure by monitoring the central environment monitoring system and acting promptly on any failure or alarm.
