Preferred Qualifications Preference may be given to candidates with: * Salesforce Administrator certification. * Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise Salesforce implementations. * Experience with Salesforce Workforce, human resources, case management, or similar business applications. * Experience supporting Salesforce within a state, local, or other public-sector environment. * Experience working alongside Salesforce APEX developers. * Familiarity with APEX sufficient to assist with troubleshooting and communicate effectively with development resources. * Experience working within formal production support, change management, testing, and release management processes. ## Description LocalPeople LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a long-term contract engagement supporting a critical Workforce solution built on the Salesforce platform. This position will focus on the daily administration, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support of the Salesforce environment.
