 * Translate product and business needs into actionable delivery plans
 * Embed Agile/Scrum practices into team workflows and planning
 * Oversee CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices
 * Partner cross-functionally to improve reliability and engineering execution
 * Support payment system integrations, including POS/retail payment flows
 * Build guardrails and team adoption for AI-assisted development tools
 * Manage team performance with a coaching-first leadership approach
