## About the Role

* US Citizenship required

 * 8+ years of Testing experience, including experience as a senior team resource

 * 4+ years of Testing experience on large, complex enterprise systems

 * Ability to architect solutions to complex problems using industry-standard open-source frameworks

 * Experience working on a large enterprise platform with thousands of users

 * Experience scaling software platforms from limited specialty use to broad user adoption

 * Code versioning with Git with ability to interactively rebase

 * Ability to test and review the code of your peers

Preferred Qualifications

 * Relational Databases

 * Linux, Scripting Tools

 * PHP (Object-Oriented Programming)

 * PHP Frameworks, PHP Package Managers

Soft Skills

 * Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 * Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

 * Experience working with a remote team

## Description

CoachMePlus is now hiring a Senior Test Engineer to join our team in support of an exciting DoW human performance platform product support initiative. The position may require a government security clearance to be processed, so US or Naturalized Citizenship is a requirement for consideration.

 * Ability to create an entire testing methodology and approach and to rationalize the existing test infrastructure.

 * CI/CD & Automation: Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) for quick, reliable deployments.

 * Testing Automation: Improve performance of current test suites to improve velocity of current developers

 * Ability to use AI processes to improve test coverage and speed.

 * Security (DevSecOps): Integrate security best practices and tools into the pipeline and infrastructure.

 * Collaboration & Mentorship: Bridge Dev and Ops teams, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.

 * Ability to build testing architecture for the mobile applications that are associated with our enterprise solution.

 * Strategy & Documentation: create roadmaps, and document processes and procedures.

 * Enforce best practices for development, development and system documentation.

 * Manage testing process and testing personnel and resources

 * Organize work plans, estimate tasks, and deliver finished projects to meet important deadlines.

 * Troubleshoot issues and provide assistance to other developers, sales staff and customers.

 * Communicate effectively, both verbally and written, to various technical and non-technical audiences.

 * Other duties as assigned
